UJC opens mailbox for Earthquake/Tsunami Relief Effort

United Jewish Communities of MetroWest NJ is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of many lives and enormous property damage caused by the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan and other nearby countries. The tsunami also threatens the U.S. shores in Hawaii and along the entire west coast. In response to this situation, we have opened a mailbox to provide emergency relief to the many victims of this terrible natural disaster.

The Community Relations Committee (CRC) responds to emergency and disaster situations around the world and works to galvanize support from the MetroWest community. Funds raised are distributed through the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, our overseas emergency relief agency partner.

Click here to make your donation to the relief effort.

All contributions are fully tax deductible. 100% of proceeds will go to emergency relief. Contact the Community Relations Committee at (973) 929-3064 or crc@ujcnj.org with any questions.
